Subscription & Refund Policy

1. What you're buying

Horse Nerd tip sheets give you access to digital tip sheets for the race days you pay for. Plans and prices are listed on the Tip Sheet page:

2. Automatic renewal

The monthly plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period and charges the payment method on file at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect for your plan.

3. How to cancel

Log in to your account and cancel from your account page, or email horsenerdai@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

4. All sales final

Tip sheets are digital content delivered immediately and used on the day they're published, so all sales are final once a sheet has been released. We do not give refunds because selections lose, because of scratches, because races are taken off the turf, or because racing is canceled. Canceled racing is handled with make-up sheets instead (see section 5). The only refunds we issue are for billing errors: a duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or a sheet you paid for that we never delivered and cannot fix. Email horsenerdai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with your name and the date; approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Changes to selections after a sheet is released (for scratches, track condition, or surface changes) are posted on our social media pages; we do not send an updated sheet, and these changes are not grounds for a refund.

5. Canceled racing and make-up sheets

If racing is canceled after you buy a sheet, here is how we make it right:

• Card canceled before the first race goes off: a free make-up sheet for any future race day this meet.
• Fewer than half of the card's races are run: a free make-up sheet for any future race day this meet.
• Half or more of the races are run: no make-up; the sheet is considered used.
• Monthly and full-meet buyers: your access is extended by one race day for each card that qualifies above.

We'll email eligible buyers a make-up code within 2 days of the cancellation; no request needed. Make-up sheets have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a refund, and expire at the end of the current meet. If the cancellation happens on closing day, the make-up carries over to the next racing season and must be used by December 31 of that calendar year, or it becomes null and void.

6. Printed sheets

Printed tip sheets sold at the track are final sale, including when racing is canceled, and are not eligible for make-up sheets.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we resolve most billing questions within a day or two. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase may result in account cancellation.

8. Changes

We may change plans and prices for future billing periods. The effective date above shows the latest version.
